I enjoy giving back to the community and volunteer with the Girl Scouts, PTA, my local HOA, and the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board where I help with teaching students financial literacy. I've been in the real estate, mortgage & default banking industry since 2002. At Baylor University, I double majored in Finance & Real Estate. With two decades of experience, I have had the privilege to gain knowledge in a wide spectrum in this industry: Realtor, Loan Officer, Mortgage Broker, Loss Mitigation, Short Sales, Deeds in lieu of Foreclosure, REO Asset Management (up to 1,000 nationwide properties monthly), QC (Quality Control), and Internal Audit. My decade long corporate career was with many national and local notable firms: Re/Max of Greater Waco, Sunset Mortgage, Texaslending.com, William Davis Realty, EMC Mortgage/Bear Stearns, JP Morgan Chase, VRM (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA), Caliber Home Loans, and Caliber Real Estate Services, LLC/Hudson. Throughout my corporate career, I have worked closely with Freddie Mac (signing authority), Fannie Mae (signing authority), the VA, GreenRiver Capital, Atlas REO, Owen REO, NRT/Coldwell Banker REO, AssetLink, Financial Asset Services, Inc. (FAS), Safeguard Properties, First American, etc. I love to help people and that is why I feel so lucky to guide people through one of life's biggest purchase.
